Dress Rehearsal and Performance Reminders

Hi Dancers,

I am sooooooo excited for your show this week! Please forward this email to anyone that you thin hasn't received the reminders!  ALL OF THIS IS ON THE BLOG... yes, I am yelling! ;-)

Quick reminders:

• Make sure you have paid 70.00 (you can just give this to meat this point)
• IMPORTANT - Request from Dance Captains- Please bring SGD 5.00 for thank you gift for choreographers/teacher/directors/tech ASAP

Make Up Schedule

Show Order

For tomorrow's dress rehearsal:

• Hair in ponytail slicked back
• You must have and bring all of your extras and Tshirt
• Make sure you eat a good lunch and. Bring a snack (but no eating in dressing rooms)
• 3:00 call to you dressing room
• 3:25 on stage for notes and warm up
• 3:45 run (we will try to run the show twice

Performances:

• 3:00 call to dressing rooms and make up (check the schedule and go to your first dance)
• Hair in ponytail and slicked back
• Warm Up by Grade Level in Dressing room HS Officers and choreographers 4:15
• Performance 4:30
• Remember to set your quick change costumes backstage BEFORE 4:00 (Quick Changes are back to back dances or one in-between)
• No one leaves until everything is picked up

Here is the schedule for the next two weeks.   

Show Order will be done next week so you will know which Act your need to be at rehearsal.

All dancers, please look at the Mandatory Tech and Performance week schedule below.  All rehearsals are 3-6:00 PM.

Friday dances - please note:
We will hold an extra rehearsal this Wednesday from 3-4:20 for all Friday dances.  Please be sure to go to your prior commitments, but we would like as many of you at rehearsal as possible.

Hi Dancers!

Thanks for working hard while I have been healing!  I will be back on Monday, November 14th.  I've been working on the show from home and I am really excited to be back working with all of you...

Please be sure to check the blog daily from here on out - we have lots to do in these next three weeks. Lots of information will be coming your way!

PLEASE NOTE:

Be aware of conflicts with auditions and Season 2 sports. Please honor prior commitments and make proper arrangements with Mrs. R/Mrs. M/Ms. VG/Ms. Yenny and your coaches - well in ADVANCE!

T-Shirt Sizes:

You will have a choice of either a more fitted shirt or a normal t-shirt.  I will put a size survey on the blog from Wednesday until 3:00 on Friday.  Please choose a t-shirt size (if you don't do the survey - I choose)!
