Please turn in this filled out form, with payment (cash or check), to the MS office in a sealed envelope by Thursday, April 30.  Please put the dancer’s  full name and grade on the envelope. Please know that we do our best to keep the cost as low as possible.

Rehearsal Reminders and Info for Saturday

Hi Dancers, 

A couple of IMPORTANT reminders... 

We have a Mandatory Full Cast Rehearsal  10-1 in the Auditorium this Saturday!.  Please be sure to bring a lunch and snacks to eat on the bridge (you may not eat or drink in the auditorium or foyer). You may, of course, bring water. Our goal is to run each piece twice.  In addition, the studios will be open for choreographers to work on pieces-just don't miss your time on stage!!!!!  I will have our rehearsal order up on the wall.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Attendance is mandatory for rehearsals unless you are sick or have a prior comittment approved by Mrs. R. It makes it difficult for your choreographers, fellow dancers, and for me when you do not show up for a rehearsal.  If you are at school but are unable to dance (not feeling well or injured) the expectation is that you will attend and watch rehearsals. We only have two weeks left before our show week.  It's game on!

All of our tech rehearsals are MANDATORY.  Make sure you have checked the board and the blog. After this Saturday's rehersal, I will know the show order and Act I and Act II.

COSTUME INFO:

• Prices will be coming soon.  I am just waiting on Thursday dances. I will send out the due date for money with the prices.
• You will try on costumes in your rehearsals as they come in from the seamstresses. You will NOT take them home. They will go in your costume bag for show week. 
• I will have the EXTRAS to purcase list done before Saturday and where you can go to buy your extras.

*In addition, I have extra brand new black jazz pants, a few black leos, and nude tights (light and dark) available for purchase on Saturday.  There is a limited amount, so please Bring Money if you need any of the above for an 'Extra'.
