Costume Money Due by Friday, September 19

Hi Dancers!

Costume money is due by Friday, September 19 to the MS Office in a SEALED envelope. Please put this information on the envelope:

1) First and Last Name
2) Grade
3) # of Dances (1 or 2)
4) Amount in the Envelope (100.00 or 200.00)

You may pay by CASH or CHECK.  Please make checks payable to Singapore American School.

Each costume is SGD100.00 and includes the cost of your MSDC Nutcracker t-shirt, accessories, make-up, and hair spray/gel.  Footwear is yet to be determined.
