Show Week!

Dear Dancers,

Show week is here!  I can’t wait to see you perform. Please take a look at the important information and reminders below:

Make sure you have your ‘Extras’ on Wednesday.  You will wear them for the dress rehearsal on Wednesday and put them in your costume bags after we finish.  Make sure you put your names in your ‘Extras’.

Costume money was due on Thursday, so please get the money to the MS Office with the form in an envelope, ASAP.

All rehearsals go from 3:00 to 6:00 this week. Act I dances are on Monday this week.  Act II dances are on Tuesday this week.  Dress Rehearsal is on Wednesday (costumes – no make up). Performances start at 4:30 on both Thursday and Friday (make up and costumes).  Make sure that you eat during your breaks and lunch this week.  You need energy. 

Make Up times will be posted for Thursday on Wednesday.

You may watch the dress rehearsal from the audience on Wednesday, but you will need to exit the Auditorium and enter from backstage (just as you would for the performances).

You may not be in the Auditorium or Foyer during the two performance days.  You may be in your dressing rooms and there will be a video feed of the show.

DRESSING ROOM Assignments:  Grade 8 Theatre Studio, Grade 7 S129, Grade 6 S130, and Boys S102.  NO FOOD, DRINKS or GUM in the Dressing Rooms.   Water is fine. Please do not eat in your costume.
