Alternatively, log on to SAS CSA Website - https://www.sas.edu.sg/community/csa, scroll to the bottom and hit the Dance Club Registration Button.

Check Payment:

Check payment made out to Singapore American School and delivered to the CSA office
(MS Dance Club written on the back with the student name)

The CSA office is located in the HS, Level 2, past the Booster Booth/HS Office, on the right.
